18 Feb 2020 .
The Tenant Farmers Association continues its Regional Roadshow on the 18 February 2019, at the Bath and West Rural Enterprise Centre, Bath and West Show Ground, Shepton Mallet, BA4 6QN with an open discussion and seminar starting at 7:30pm.
Seminar title – Taking Control of Our Farming Futures ‘Leading from the Front’
This year’s TFA roadshow will provide an opportunity to highlight many of the key issues facing our industry whether that is about new entrants, opportunities for progression, security of tenure, the apparent rise of veganism, carbon management, animal welfare and the wider health agenda.
What do we need from our policymakers, levy bodies and representative organisations and what changes can we make at home? Delivering a positive agenda for action will be key.
Speakers will include TFA Chief Executive, George Dunn
Come along to join in the debate and be ready to contribute your views and thoughts.
You don’t have to be a member of the TFA to attend these free seminars. They are open to anyone who farms land they do not own. We kindly ask you to arrive at 7pm for a 7:30pm start.
If you are interested in attending please register online here or contact Julia Meadows at the TFA’s Head Office via email events@tfa.org.uk, on 0118 930 6130 or 07887 777157 before Friday 07 February.
