BPS England 2017: Land Parcels Missing from Online Applications

Land Parcels Missing from Online Applications which were included on Continuation Sheets for BPS 2016

Where land parcels were included on a paper continuation sheet for BPS 2016, it seems that some were inputted by the RPA with incorrect ‘valid to’ dates meaning the Customer Land Link (CLL) between the SBI and the RPA’s mapping system was severed so these parcels are not appearing on BPS 2017 online applications.

The RPA is updating those CLLs now for online applications which have not yet been submitted (so either not created yet or created but still in progress) so that those land parcels do show on BPS 2017 online applications, instead of having to include them on a paper continuation sheet again.

If members have BPS 2017 online applications which have been created, but not been submitted yet where land parcels are not showing that were included on a paper continuation sheet last year, the BP5 pdf application summary will need to be regenerated for the land parcels to show. The RPA is not updating the CLLs where an online application has already been submitted.
